She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rash and Frances Rash (Scanlon); her husband Thomas Anthony Barr; her daughter-in-law Michelle Barr; and her sisters, Frances Marrollo and Marie Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Barr of Woolwich Township, NJ, Betty Ann Thornton of Georgetown, DE, Dennis Barr (Denise) of Woolwich Township, NJ and Brian Barr (Sally) of Acworth, GA.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services (32013 Long Neck Rd, Millsboro, DE 19966). A prayer will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
