He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Tingle and Hilda Tingle (Steen); and his brother Prentice Tingle. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Short (Norman) of Georgetown, Angela Hendricks (Nick) of Laurel and Cari Johnson of Chincoteague; and his siblings, Falyn Tingle and Brian Tingle (Debbie).
