He was predeceased by: his father Juan Cay; his granddaughter ZullyMar; his cousin Zulma Cay; and his friend Rusty Tressler. He is survived by: his wife Elvia Cay; his children, Zully Cay Gomez, Veronica Ayala (Donald), Ivan Cay Jr. (Helena), Eddie Cay (Krystin), Kenny Cay (Holly) and Princess; his grandchildren, Kristi, Katie, Jonathon, Marcos, Skyler, Joshua, Brandon, Jerimy, Emmy, Cash, Mateo, Lily and Ronnie; his great grandchildren, Adeline, Alana, Bennet, Daniela, Leia, Maya and Gabriel; his mother Nazaria Tolentino Castro (Pedro); and his brothers, Wilfredo (Luz) and Juan Cay (Dolores) of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
