She is survived by: her husband James "Skip" L Parsons Jr.; her brother Joseph D. Walls; her nephew John "Johnny" M. Walls Jr.; her daughter-in-law Nichole Parsons Lowe; her grandchildren, Georgia, Jake Parsons, Cody L. J. Parsons, Lynn M. Parsons, Sydney A. Parsons, Thomas, Vincent, Matthew, Kayrose Catalfamo, Holt and Cale Baker; Stacy Walls, Lisa Sotir Parsons, Kristy Parsons Monroe and Ashley R. Hartford.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in her honor to the First Baptist Church in Georgetown, and Delaware Hospice.
