He is survived by: his parents, Debby Miller (Irvin Johnson) and John Swithenbank, III (Debbie); his children, David Swithenbank and Elizabeth Swithenbank; his grandchildren, Caymen, Arianna and Elly Swithenbank; his fiancé Tracy Burgess; his sister Vicky Pachuta (Robert); and his stepbrothers, Joey and Eric Swithenbank. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
