With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jose Carmen Hernandez of Georgetown, Delaware, born in Lewes, Delaware, who passed away on May 23, 2022 at the age of 25. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by : his parents, Veronica Figueroa of Georgetown, DE and Carlos Figueroa; his grandparents, Ninfa Wolfe of Milford, DE and Joseph Ashley Wolfe of Milford, DE; his siblings, Anthony Penawell (Kinde) of Dover, DE, Kassandra Figueroa of Georgetown, DE and Diego Figueroa of Georgetown, DE; his aunt Tiffany Wolfe of Milford, DE; his cousin Thalia Campbell of Milford, DE; his uncle Chris Wolfe (Kim) of Bishopville, MD; his nephew Giovanni Penawell; and his caregivers, Kayla Quarrick, Kandi Airey and Robin Laffey.
Interment will be private. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Parsell Funeral Homes requires that masks be worn at all times, while inside the facility.
