With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Ann Biddle-Mulhern of Georgetown, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2025 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Biddle and Martina Biddle; and her brother Chuck. She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Mulhern; her son Keith Wilson; her daughter-in-law Danielle Wilson; her daughter Jessica Brown; her stepchildren, Richard A. Mulhern, Shannon and Wendi Mulhern; her grandchildren, Aughtum, Alisha, Meredith, Ryan and Reid; and her great grandchildren, Maeve and Mason.
