It is with sadness that the passing of Katherine Richardson of Georgetown, Delaware is shared. Katherine, born on February 16, 1933, passed away on August 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Katherine will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Clifton Moore and Willie E Moore; her husband Calvert Richardson; and her siblings, Sarah Elizabeth "Betty" Marine, James Russell Moore, William E Moore and Emily Collins.
She is survived by: her son Howard Richardson (Stephani Fisher Richardson); and her grandson William C Richardson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Asbury United Methodist Church (26161 Asbury Rd, Seaford, DE 19973). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to Asbury Methodist Church Cemetery, Attn.
