He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie F. Collins and Mildred Collins (Wooten); and his siblings, Dorothy Murray, Alvin Collins and Vernon Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Janis Collins (Murray); and his friends, Bonnie Millman and Terry Millman.
