He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman R. Hignutt Sr. and Frances R. Hignutt; his sister Kathleen Glancy; and his sons, Timothy Goble, Perry Goble and Paul Goble.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his brothers, Norman R. Hignutt Jr. (Linda), William E. Hignutt and Paul A. Hignutt (Yvonne); his mother-in-law Helen; and his sisters-in-law, Karen and Robin. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Crossroads Community Church (20684 State Forest Rd, Georgetown, DE 19947).
