He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville L. Mills, Sr. and Mildred Emma Marie Matthews; his brother David Mills; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Mills and Wesley Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Mills; his children, Vivian Mills, Eric Mills (Avyane) and Daniel Mills (Brandi); his adoptive daughter Carrie Ruark; his grandchildren, Shelbi Mills, Austin Mills and Carissa Stevens; and his friend Dean Sherman. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
