He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen Rineer. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Rineer, Jr. (Amber) and Rachel Hoopes; and his brother Jim. He is also survived by many grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
