He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie A. Palmer and Roberta Robinson Palmer. He is survived by : his wife Ruth Palmer; his daughter Venita Williams Ross; his sister Dorothy Franklin; and his grandson Theron Williams. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
