She was predeceased by: her parents, James Willoughby and Florence Marvil Willoughby; her husband Herbert McDowell; her siblings, Evelyn McDowell, Virmadel McAllister, Esther Willoughby, Ormond Willoughby, Thomas Willoughby and Harold Willoughby; her grandchildren, Lori McDowell and Brian McDowell; her great grandchild Courtney McDowell; and her great great grandchild Elliana McDowell.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn McDowell (Amelia) and Connie McDowell of Greenwood; her grandson Michael McDowell (Heidi) of Greenwood; her great grandchildren, Ryan of Milford and Christian of Bridgeville; her great great grandchildren, Brennan of Bridgeville and Kobe of Bridgeville; her great grandchild Brianne Campaginini (Mike) of Greenwood; her great great grandchildren, Leia and Q'ira; and her brother William Willoughby (Betty) of Milford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
