She was predeceased by : her parents, Roland L. "Junior" Jackson and Florence B. Jackson (Austin); and her former life partner Phillip E. Sharp, Sr.. She is survived by : her children, Phillip E. Sharp, Jr. (Donna) and Darlene C. Austin; her grandchildren, Lindsey K. Sharp, J. Brian Sharp, Lauren E. Sharp and Benjamin W. Austin; her siblings, Roland L. Jackson III (Alice Jackson) and Sandra L. Brooks; her brothers-in-law, Ronald H. Sharp, Donald W. Sharp, William W. Sharp and Larry N. Brooks; her husband John R. Hudson; her stepson John Hudson, Jr. (Maren); her daughter Haley; her grandson Kenneth Hudson (Lisa); and her daughter Brooke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
