She was predeceased by: her parents, Waitman Hall and Laura Hall; her husband Mont Harvey; her son William Harvey; her former husband Allen Arthur; and her siblings, Bradley Hall, Elbert Hall, Edgell Hall, Garnett Hall and Troy Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Moran (Tom) of Fairmont, WV and Cleland Harvey (Sheila) of Greenwood, DE; her grandchildren, David Harvey (Jennifer) of Monongah, WV, Ellie Jenkins (Mike) of Fairmont, WV, Sasha Bennett (Chad) of Buckhannon, WV, Taylor Dodrill (Brent) of Fairmont, Ali Moran of Fairmont, Tricia Moran of Charlottesville, VA, William Harvey (Stephanie) of Salem, OR and Amanda Stanton; her siblings, Iris Nancy Murphy, Evelina Marlowe, Alvin Hall, Ellouise Martin and Edward Hall (Donna); and her daughters-in-law, Becky Harvey Bennett and Angie Farnum. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
