He was predeceased by: his father Sam Rogin; his former wife Janet Black Rogin; his wife Marina Roach Rogin; and his stepsons, Dirk Knipe and Joseph Scott Knipe.
He is survived by: his children, James K. Rogin (Debbie), Northport, John T. Rogin (Laura) of Middletown, DE and Kathy A. Melvin (Barry) of Smyrna, DE; his granddaughter Kristin Rogin-Peters (William Peters); his great grandchildren, William, VI, Trevellyan James and Hendrick; his grandson James K. Rogan, Jr. (Julianna); his great grandchildren, James K., III and Emily Grace; his grandson Patrick Rogin (Vanessa); his great grandchildren, Patrick, Jr., Montgomery and Fiona May; his grandchildren, Alexandra Rogin (Brian Travers) and Lindsey Alexitch (Chris); his great grandchild Meisha; his grandson John Williams; his great grandchild Ryan Williams; his granddaughters, Sherry Pisacano and Dawn Knipe; and his great grandchildren, Dan Reddy, Angelique Knipe-Claessen, Aaron Knipe, Jason Knipe, Alec Knipe and Trisha Butler. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
