It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa M Cooper of Greenwood, Delaware, born in Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Theresa's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Theresa has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Oliver T. Cooper Sr.; her son Oliver T. Cooper Jr.; and her granddaughter Kathy Marie Shaver. She is survived by: her children, Roland Ray McGinnis (Bea), Kathy A. Niblet, Robert Lee Cooper and Penny Lynn Porter. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; her brother, Boy; and several dear friends.
