He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Kristen, Megan and Allison; his daughter-in-law Mandi; his daughter Simone; his grandson Evan; his siblings, Kim, Jacqueline and Kurt; Thomas. He is also survived by his wife, children, extended family.
