He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Matichak and Kathleen Matichak of Bayonne, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Ann Matichak; his son Brad; his brothers, Joseph Matechak (Denice Beard) and Jaime Casey (Jodi Sak); his nephews, Kevin Matechak and Jason Sak; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Johnathan Matechak, Anthony Hawks, Mia and Avery Casey.
