She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonas K. Dean and Margaret Dean; her children, Ricky Emery and Linda Jefferson; her grandson Brock Cerklefskie; and her brothers, Robert "Bobby" Dean and Dale Dean.
She is survived by: her husband Sidney Jefferson; her children, Lisa Cerklefskie (Robert), Wayne Melvin and Crystal Myers; her grandchildren, Corey Cerklefskie, DJ Gray and Melody Gray; and her siblings, Roger Dean, Joan Shook, Teresa Lindale and Gloria Stacy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
