She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Mitchell and James Whited. She is survived by: her husband Ramie Ziesel; her sons, James Johnson of Texas, David Johnson of Virginia and Dean Johnson of Delaware; her grandson Sean Johnson of Virginia; her brother William Jones (Virginia) of Greensboro, MD; and her sibling's children, James Ziesel, Wendy Ziesel, Cheryl Jones, Brian Jones, Gary Jones, Beth Jeffers (Dan), Dan Jones (Nicole) and Mary Baker (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Betty's name to Avenue United Methodist Church, 20 N. Church Street, Milford, DE 19963.
