He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar "Reds" Walls, Jr. and Elizabeth Kimbles Walls; and his sister Kay Skinner. He is survived by: his sisters, Vickie (Walls) and Thornton (Fred) of Cordova, MD; his brother-in-law Timmie Skinner of Ridgely, MD; his siblings' children, Megan Thornton (Austin) of Felton, DE, Jason Skinner (Susan) of Greenwood, DE and Justin Skinner (Amber) of Camden, DE; his great-nephews, Ryder, Reid and Colton; and his great-niece Kayleigh.
