With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joan E. Webb (Harrington, Delaware), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, James McIlvain and Katherine McIlvain. She is survived by: her friends, Betty Gillette and Ruthann Jefferson; her husband David Terrance Webb; her sons, Timothy Short (Brenna) and James Todd Webb (Carly Wilson); and her sister Judy Fister (John). She is also survived by nieces; nephews; and dear friends.
