He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Forry and David Forry of Magnolia. He is survived by: his brother Erik (Anne) of Magnolia, Delaware; and his nephews, Daniel Forry of Omaha and Kevin Forry of Felton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
