She was predeceased by : her parents, Margaret Wilkinson and George Franklin Wilkinson Jr.; and her brother Edward Wilkinson. She is survived by : her husband William Coulbourne; her children, Kathy Baughman (Bill Fields) and William Coulbourne Jr. (Stephanie); her sisters, Marlene Lowman and Connie Gearhart (Ron); her sister-in-law Martha Wilkinson; her grandsons, Bradley Baughman, Shane Coulbourne, Connor Coulbourne and Ryan Coulbourne; and her great grandchildren, Alice Green and April Wickham. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Melvin Funeral Home (15522 S Dupont Hwy, Harrington, DE 19952). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
