She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Sr. Sherwood and Ethel Sherwood; her sisters, Betty Sherwood, Alice Rowding, Evelyn Melvin, Ruth Martine and Florence Fry; her close friend Helen Maloney; her brothers, Daniel Sherwood and Homer "Franklin" Sherwood Jr.; and her granddaughter Hanna Cassey.
She is survived by: her sister Helen; her husband Joe; her son Shawn; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Cassey; and her grandchildren, Haley Kroupa (Brad), Emma Rose Kroskie (Dominique), Tolan Cassey and Paige Mactavish.
