He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin and Ruth Virginia Watkinson of Greenbush, Virginia.; and his siblings, Margaret Ann Williams and Benjamin F. Watkinson (Janice). He is survived by: his wife Della Case Watkinson; his children, Joseph R. Watkinson (Linda) and Elizabeth A. Culver (Robert); and his grandchildren, Fawn R., Brooke N., Meadow H. Watkinson and Riley C. Culver.
