He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Rebecca Manship and R. Wilson Manship; his grandparents, John L. and Bertha D. Manship; his aunt Sallie M. Campbell; and his uncle John Manship.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl A. Manship; his nephews, John C. Butler, Scott Ryon and Garry Ryon III; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Ryon (Garry "Bill") and Cindy Emory (Gary).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Bill's memory to the American Legion C.K.R.T. Post #7, PO Box 179, Harrington, DE 19952-0179.
