She is survived by: her sons, William T. Forrest (Carol) of Wildwood Crest, NJ, Robert D. Forrest (Linda) of Hartly and Thomas A. Forrest (Sue) of Hartly; her daughter-in-law Barbara Seward Forrest of Hartly; her grandchildren, Joseph E., III, Charles, Greg, Kristin, Trishia and Shane Forrest; her great grandchildren, Brendan, Alicia, Gavin, Ashton, Juliana, Alyssa, MacKenzie, Zoey, Paysen and Avery; her great great grandchildren, Tatum, Jett and Nolan; and her caregiver Rene Bean.
