He is survived by: his wife Dawn Miller (Gaunce); his daughters, Amanda Lynn Miller and Miriam Jane Maynard; his son-in-law Justin Maynard; his son Aaron Joseph Miller; his daughter-in-law Lydia Miller; his daughter Rebekah Dawn Nabb; his son-in-law John Nabb; his daughter Dianna Marie Maupin; his son-in-law Hayden Maupin; and his grandchildren, Brook Lynn Miller, Eien Jay Maynard (Esther Maynard), Caleb Jonas Maynard, Milo Jameson Maynard and Mason Jonas Nabb.
