He is survived by: his mother Barbara Marshall (Hamm); his wife Karen Marshall (Sayers); his children, Brian Marshall (Lisa) and Lisa Marshall; his grandchildren, Ariana, Elijah and Lilliana; and his siblings, Kim Keen, Michael Marshall (Noel) and David Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mealey Funeral Homes & Crematory (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Gracelawn Memorial Park (2220 N Dupont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720).
