He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bullen and Pauline Thomas Bullen-Schnell; and his brother Tommy Bullen. He is survived by: his wife Sharlene Jones-Bullen; and his brother-in-law Glenn Jones (Marilyn).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hartly Fire Hall (2898 Arthursville Rd, Hartly, DE 19953).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Hartly Volunteer Fire Department or Faith Baptist Church in Sudlersville, MD, in honor of Paul's memory and dedication.
