He is survived by: his wife Ellen Turner; his children, Jonathan E., Paul Russell Turner Jr., Allison Turner, Laura Cox and Valerie Turner; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Kate, Colleen, Jonathan, Gabrielle, Chris, Cody, Cameron and Ella. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
