He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Stewart; and his brother Charles Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Patricia (Wayne Flaherty), Diana L. Stewart and David A. Jr. (Maria Stewart); his grandchildren, Daniel, Brittany (James), Michael, Kristiana and Sean; his great grandchildren, Colton, Owen and Judy; and his brother John B. Jr. (Mary Stewart). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
