She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Meyer and Ruth Meyer (Waltman); her husband Richard L. Hartzell; her son Frank K. Phillips; and her sisters, Ann West and Barbara Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Susan C. Williams (Jeff), George E. Phillips (Ann) and Karen E. Walsh (Ed). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
