He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Whitlock and Mary Whitlock of Crawfordsville, Indiana.; his sister Joyce; his daughter Carol; and his former life partner Joyce.

He is survived by : his great grandchildren, Zophie, Lucas, Zoe, Faith and Joy; his children, Bruce, Keith (Debbie) and Nancy; and his wife Sandi. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
