He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley R. Jezyk and Helen Jezyk (Durka). He is survived by : his wife Debbie Starobynski-Jezyk; and his siblings, Judy Gallagher (Tom), Dave Jezyk (Jan) and Liz Jezyk-McElwee (Pat). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, members of his extended family and close friends.
