He was predeceased by: his sons, Sean Dillon and Patrick Dillon; his sisters, Robin Dillon, Myrtle Dillon and Theresa Dillon; and his half-brother Gilbert Callahan.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Von Ahnen Dillon; his children, Kathy Dillon, Kelly Dillon and Michelle Dillon Tollis (John); his stepchildren, Alan Von Ahnen, Sherry Von Ahnen, David Von Ahnen and Rod Mahaffy (Paula); his brother Richard Dillon (Peggy); and his half-brother Ned Gilchrist (Nemia). He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear, DE 19701).
