She is survived by: her husband Sydney Forbes; her daughters, Sheri Forbes-Houston, Cindy Cheyney (Brian) and Lauri Leary (Jason); and her grandchildren, Christine, Noelle, Quinn, Paul, Grant, Brooke, Justin and Max. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Judy's name to the American Lung Association or Macular Degeneration research.
