She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Marie and Swift; her husband Francis G. Rossell; her daughter Barbara (Walker); her son-in-law Darrin Outten of Hockessin; her granddaughters, Stephanie (Andrew Hemm) of Camden-Wyoming and Nicole Outten of Hockessin; and her great grandchild Layla Hemm. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
