He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael S. Blachowicz Jr. and Mary W. Blachowicz (Loughney). He is survived by: his sister Grace Barry; his brother-in-law Matthew Barry; his niece Kailey Barry; and his nephew Shane Barry of West Chester, Pennsylvania..

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (2503 Centerville Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (6001 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808).
