It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Candeloro of Hockessin, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on June 10, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Marvel and Margaret Marvel (Derrickson); and her brother Richard Marvel. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Candeloro (Tony); her brother Donald Jr.; her children, Donna Scott (Bill), Anthony Candeloro, Jr. (Carolyn) and Daniel Candeloro (Karen); her grandchildren, Travis Scott (Allyson), Deanna Candeloro, Brandon Scott, Zachary Candeloro and Sarah Candeloro; her great grandchildren, Taylor Scott, Easton Scott and Carson Candeloro; her siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Yeatman (Al), Joan Perry (Herb) and Jack Marvel (Charlene); and her sister-in-law Janice Marvel (Richard). She is also survived by children and once her own grandchildren.

In light of current coronavirus restrictions, services and burial will be private.
