Atley of Fort Myers, FL; his former wife Trisha Atley of Arizona; his daughters, Chenoa Dyani Atley of Philadelphia, PA and Dayja Elise Atley of Wilmington; his granddaughter Noemi Sanchez of Chenoa; his brothers, Charles "Kip" (Fort Myers), Joseph "Jumall" of Memphis, TN, Jeffrey of Fredonia, NY and Anthony "Pep" of Spring, TX; and his siblings' children, Yolanda, Jeffrey, Brianna, Alex and Marta Isabella. He is also survived by other great-nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
