He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Mastrota and Mildred Mastrota; and his sisters, Rosie and Angie. He is survived by: his wife Billie Mastrota; and his children, Albert, David, Tom, Shari and Lori. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Corleto Latina Family Center (807 N Union St, Wilmington, DE 19805).
