She is survived by: her children, Teresa Tull (Mike) of Laurel, William "Bill" Parlier (Debra Cahall) of Delmar, Cindy Parlier Hall of Seaford and Keith Parlier (Theresa) of Vienna, Maryland.; her siblings, David Powers and Ann Jones of Virginia; her niece Carol Sargent (Tracy); her pet Runner; Georgetown.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stein Highway Church of God (425 E Stein Hwy, Seaford, DE 19973). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Betty Parlier's honor to the American Cancer Society, 270 Peachtree Street NW, Suite 1300, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.
