She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Foskey and Sally Dorman Foskey; her husband Clifford R. Niblett; her sister Helen; her brother-in-law Elwood Steel; and her brother Paul Franklin Foskey.

She is survived by: her children, Doug Niblett (Sue) of Delmar, Karen Perry (Buddy) of Laurel, Jeanne Foxwell of Delmar, Pam Lewis (Donald) of Laurel and Barney Foxwell; her grandchildren, Rodney Niblett (Susan), Eric Niblett, Wendy Elliott (Dean), Mark Perry (Rachelle), Lance Foxwell, B. J. Foxwell (Beth) and Zachary Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Sydney (Mitch), Conner, Lukas, Mackenzie, Myah, Mason, Ashley, Amanda, Danae, Ramie, Shelby, Brendan, Nolan, Macey, Hailey, Trenton, Drake, Dalton Ray, Katelyn and Harrison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
