It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Huffman of Laurel, Delaware, who passed away on August 7, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willey Huffman, Sr. and Bonnie Price Huffman; his granddaughter Myka Johnson; his brothers, Willey Huffman, Jr., Steve Huffman and Ernie Huffman; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Cecil and Jake Marine.
He is survived by: his wife Florence "Flo" Huffman; his children, Jeffrey Layton, Darlena Cordrey (Shelton Hubbard), June Lewis (Mark), Destiny Layton (Chino Jimenez), Alayzia Johnson (Keno Mahabir), Shidai Johnson, Mariah Johnson, Shawn'na Johnson, Crystal and Angel; his siblings, Jim Huffman (Sue), Arnold Huffman (Peggy), Doris Marine and Sandy Dukes (Mike); his siblings-in-law, Linda Johnson, Debbie Carmean, Dawn Johnson and Howard Johnson (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Alyzjah Kellam, Zyan Johnson, Kaidyn Sanders, Olivia Hubbard, Christian Hubbard, Kaylee Lewis, Kennedy Lewis, Damyan Layton, Nevaeh Layton and Elizabeth Layton; his great grandchild Ky'lani Kellam; and his nephews, Mike Sadler and Lee Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, and cousins.
