He is survived by: his wife Susan Wise (Taylor); his son Edwin Wise Jr. (Shelly); his stepchildren, Michael Hembree, Timmy Hembree, Mary Emory, Brenda Brasure, Shari Collins (Wesley) and Shane Smart (Megan); his grandchildren, Jack Wise (Brooke), Ashley Ward (Tom) of Billy Shockley, III., Seth Shockley, Danielle Chupp, Kelly Emory, Amanda Brasure (Greg), Trevor Collins (Natalie), Caden Collins (Hannah), Bristol Lambden and Colin Munoz; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Jessie, Oaklyn Ayers and Sadie Collins; his siblings, Jerry Wise (Edna), Kay Taylor and Sheila Edwards; and his siblings-in-law, Pete Denherder and Virginia Jenkins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Georgetown Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
