He is survived by: his children, Elmer L. Heckman, III (Karen) of Fleetwood, Arthur A. Heckman (Mattie) of Reading and Sharen M. Gift (late David) of Fleetwood; and his siblings, Arthur W. Heckman, Margaret Zimmerman and Frances Miller. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
